These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between asc77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses any service made available through the asc77 website at asc77.io and any associated mobile-optimised interface.

• Accounts registered with false information will be closed immediately upon discovery.
• asc77 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the asc77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any asc77 content without prior written consent.
• Use the asc77 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context other than your personal use of the platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the asc77 platform.

• asc77's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• asc77 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from the closure of an account for rule violations.

asc77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, bonus abuse, failure to complete KYC verification, or where asc77 determines in good faith that continued provision of services to a player would expose the platform to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon voluntary closure of your account, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard processing timeframes and KYC requirements.

Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), asc77 reserves the right to withhold all or part of your account balance where it is determined that the balance was derived in whole or in part from prohibited conduct, fraud, or bonus abuse.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
